Is there a dress code?

Bold and colorful semi-formal is what we are hoping for, disco suits permitted as well ;) but of course any colors are welcome!! If you need some inspiration, here are a few ideas! Ladies: midi dresses are the most common for the Summer/Fall. Satin dresses with a cowl neck are very popular and fit this category very well! Men: Sports coats, suit coats or dress shirts with a tie and dress pants are acceptable! Again, if you want to throw on a disco suit, we're not going to complain! No jeans or shorts are permitted.

What date should I RSVP by?

Please have your RSVP's back no later than August 20th, 2024 Invitations will be sent out around June of 2024

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Yes! We will have a shuttle picking up everyone who will be at the Holiday Inn Express prior to the ceremony at 3:00. Please utilize the shuttle as vehicles can not be left in the venues parking lot overnight if you have one too many to drink. There will be a $100 towing fee if vehicles are left overnight. The shuttle will pick everyone up again at 10pm

Is the venue handicap acessible?

Yes! There is a wheelchair ramp and the rest of the venue is one story. For the ceremony, we will have a golf cart escorting those who need it to their seats.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, there is parking on site but we are asking that anyone who plans on drinking at the wedding to please use the shuttle provided. The shuttle holds 50 guests and will be running at 3:00pm to the ceremony and 10:00pm back to the hotel

What colors will the bridal party be wearing so I can avoid those colors?

Anthony will be in a dusty blue suit, the groomsmen will be in beige suits, and the bridesmaids will be in various shades of blue/blue floral dresses

Am I allowed to bring a plus one or my children?

We will be marking on your invitations as well as your RSVP who is invited to our wedding, we ask that you do not include anyone who is not listed. We had to limit who was invited due to venue code and policy. Thank you for understanding

Are dietary restrictions accounted for?

Absolutely! We will have a spot on the RSVP for you to list any dietary restrictions. Our caterer will make you a plate around what you have listed.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! We will be providing beer, wine and a few signature cocktails.

What time is the reception set to end? Is there an afterparty?

The reception is a hard stop at 10:00pm, the shuttle will be leaving at this time as well. Those of us staying at the Holiday Inn plan on keeping the party going there!
